About this product

HV529 is a ring deg: a round-bellied brass pot with a ring handle on each side, a rimmed lid and a turned knob. It is hammered and polished bright.

The rings help you lift the pot when it is full. Cook biryani, dal and curries in it, then bring it to the table or a buffet, at home or in a restaurant.

Brass needs kalai, a tin lining, inside for cooking. Polish the outside with tamarind or lemon, then rinse and dry.
