About this product

HV116 is the copper version of our Ring Patiya; the brass one, HV115, is a wide, round-bellied pot with ring handles and a lid.

Copper conducts heat about three to four times better than brass, so it heats evenly. Use it for dal, curries and rice on the stove, and to serve at the table. Restaurants, caterers and homes all use pots like this.

Copper used for cooking needs kalai (a tin lining) inside. Your quotation confirms whether the piece comes tinned.
