HV181 is a brass tawa with a hammered finish, a surface of small facets left by the hammer.

Cook rotis, phulkas, parathas and thepla on it. The hammered finish also suits a live roti counter at a wedding or buffet, where the tawa is in view.

Keep sour food off bare brass. Wash, dry at once, and polish with tamarind or lemon.
