About this product

HV239 is a parat with a wide, flat base and a sloping rim, hammered all over in small facets.

At home it is the dish for kneading atta for rotis, puris and parathas, and for resting dough. Halwais, caterers and wedding kitchens use the larger sizes to knead, mix and carry food in quantity. It comes in seven sizes, from 10 to 32-36.

Wash, dry at once, and polish with tamarind or lemon when the shine dulls.
