About this product

HV371 has a hammered surface: the brass is beaten into small facets that catch the light. It comes in size 0 (HV371) and sizes 1-3 (HV372).

It pours water for abhishek and offerings in pooja, and serves as a kalash. A hammered lota is also chosen as a wedding or Diwali gift.

The hammered finish hides small scratches. Keep anything sour out of bare brass, and polish with tamarind or lemon when it darkens.

Also called hammered kalash, pital ka lota.
