About this product

HV261 is hammered copper with a flared rim. As the name says, the bottom is joined on: a brazed seam runs round the base and up the side.

Copper conducts heat about three to four times better than brass, so milk, rice and dal heat evenly across the base. It suits a home kitchen or a hotel's.

Cook in copper only when it has kalai, a tin lining, inside. Re-tin when red metal shows through.
