About this product
A kadhai is a deep, round-bottomed pan, and a tasla is the vessel of the same family used for cooking or kneading dough. HV254 is hammered copper inside and out, with no handles.
Use it for halwa, sabzi and gravies, or as a mixing and kneading bowl, at home or in a sweet shop's kitchen.
For cooking, copper needs kalai, a tin lining, inside. Clean the outside with tamarind or lemon, then rinse and dry.
Also called tasla, copper kadai, karahi.
