About this product

HV330 is a serving spoon in kansa. Kansa (bronze) is bell metal, an alloy of copper and tin, harder than either alone.

Use it to serve dal, rice, sabzi or kheer from a donga or serving bowl at a kansa thali meal. It completes a kansa dinner set at home, and restaurants that serve on kansa use it at the table.

Wash kansa by hand, dry it at once and polish it with tamarind or pitambari. It is hard but brittle, so a fall on stone can crack it. Keep it out of the dishwasher.
