About this product

A kalsi (kalshi) is a small water pitcher with a round body and a narrow neck, the small form of the kalash. HV26 is the big size and HV27 the small.

In pooja the kalsi is filled with water, crowned with mango leaves and a coconut, and set up as the kalash. It is used this way at weddings, griha pravesh and festival poojas. Between ceremonies it carries water at home.

Kept for water, it needs no kalai (tin lining). Rinse, dry, and polish with tamarind or lemon.
