About this product

HV275 is hammered all over and polished bright, so the small facets catch the light.

Use it to cook milk, dal, rice and gravies, and serve from it at the table or a buffet. It also suits a housewarming or wedding gift.

Brass needs kalai (a tin lining) inside before any cooking; sour and salty food react with the bare metal. Wash, dry at once, and polish the outside with tamarind or lemon.
