About this product

A tawa is a round griddle; a dosa tawa is the one on which batter is spread thin and cooked into a dosa. This is our brass dosa tawa, sold as a set; your quotation lists what the set contains.

Make dosas, uttapams, adai and pesarattu on it at home. Tiffin rooms and South Indian restaurants use dosa tawas through the morning service.

Keep sour batter off bare brass for long. Wash, dry at once, and polish with tamarind or lemon.
