About this product

HV171 is our copper gangal, in sizes 20-24 (HV171) and 28 (HV172).

In Maharashtrian homes the gangal held water for bathing and washing, and copper gangals are still made for that use. It also stores water in the kitchen or pooja room, and is chosen as a gift for weddings and new homes.

Use it for water only. Copper darkens with time; clean it with tamarind or lemon.

Also called gangaal, tambyacha gangal, copper gangalam.
