About this product
A donga is a deep serving bowl; the old word also meant a tureen. HV432 is a brass donga sized for dessert.
Bring kheer, payasam, rabdi, shrikhand or fruit salad to the table in it, and serve into katoris. It suits family dinners, festival meals and buffet counters at hotels and caterers.
Wash by hand and dry at once. Brass dulls with use; tamarind or lemon brings back the shine. For curd-based or sour desserts, serve and empty it the same day; bare brass should not hold sour food for long.
Also called donga, serving bowl, pital ka donga.
