About this product

HV477 is the Sinni thali in brass, etched. The photograph shows a fine floral pattern etched across the centre and in a band around it, with a ribbed rim. The name recalls sini, an old word for a salver, plate or tray.

Serve sweets, dry fruit or fruit to guests on it. It also works as a pooja or aarti plate, or as a decorated plate on a festive table. It makes a gift for Diwali, weddings and housewarmings.

Wash by hand and dry at once. Brass dulls with use; tamarind or lemon brings back the shine. A soft brush cleans the etched work.
