About this product

HV435 is the Arabi katora in brass. A katora is a shallow metal bowl, usually brass or copper. Arabi is the name this katora carries in the trade.

It comes in numbered sizes 1 to 7, so the smaller sizes sit on a thali and the larger ones serve at the table. Homes, restaurants and caterers buy them by size number.

Wash by hand and dry at once. Brass dulls with use; tamarind or lemon brings back the shine. Keep curd, kadhi and other sour food out of bare brass for any length of time.

Also called katora, katori, brass bowl.
