HV is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural disruptions or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Our returns and exchanges follow the HV Return & Exchange Policy, which is part of these Terms.

• Custom engraved items, used products, sale items, and bulk orders are non-returnable.
• Replacement or refund is processed after inspection.
• Customers must share an unboxing video or clear photos within 24 hours for damage claims.

6. Order Cancellations

• Orders may be cancelled by emailing us within 8 hours of placing the order.
• Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
