Every HV utensil is handcrafted by skilled artisans with care and attention. We want your experience to feel smooth and supported at every step. Our processes are simple, transparent and customer-focused.

1. When You Are Eligible

Returns ( In the Unlikely Event of Damage)

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if:

The product arrives damaged
There is a manufacturing defect
You receive the wrong item

Because each product is handmade, we do not accept returns for personal preference.

Quick Damage Support

If your order arrives damaged, share an unboxing video or clear photos within 24 hours. We will arrange a replacement or refund without any additional cost.

2. Exchanges

Exchanges are offered only if we send the wrong product. We do not exchange products for size, colour or style preferences.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Personalised or engraved items
Used or washed products
Sale or clearance items
Bulk gifting or corporate orders
Items without original packaging or accessories

4. Condition Requirements

Item must be unused and without scratches/dents
Must be packed in original box
All lids, accessories and complimentary items must be included
Item must be securely packed to avoid transit damage

5. Shipping Responsibility

We cover return shipping if the issue is damage or wrong item.
Otherwise, the customer pays return courier charges.

6. Refunds

Refunds via UPI or store credit
Processing time: within 5 working days after inspection
COD refunds are issued via UPI

7. Inspection & Resolution

Once the item reaches us, our team completes a quality check within 5 working days. If approved, your refund or replacement is processed immediately.

8. Order Cancellations

To cancel an order, please call or WhatsApp us with your Order ID within 8 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible
